We typically process orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, your InstaCuppa products will arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Yes, all InstaCuppa products come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure you enjoy the highest quality brewing experience.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 10-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are InstaCuppa glass products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our borosilicate glass carafes are heat-resistant and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing the lids and filters to maintain their longevity.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
